Professional associations are an excellent resource for networking, finding a job, and staying current. Networking can make a huge difference in your job search! If you can, go to the national and/or state conferences and other events to meet practicing clinicians. Most associations have discounted student rates and conference registration, and some offer scholarships and conference grants.
Certification
- Learning Express LibraryLearning Express Library provides practice tests for many standard tests from 4th grade level through graduate school tests including the GRE and the MCAT, occupational tests for civil service, law enforcement, teacher certification, etc. Registration (free) is required to take practice tests. Learning Express Library will "provide immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of your results."
